  • Comment: I'm a huge advocate for trying different flavors when they're available for my favorite products. The flavor was pretty good...more fruity than grape or bubblegum but still good. I didnt care for it too much because I guess I expected the drink to be purple or pinkish. That said I guess my head just couldnt wrap around the idea of the flavor. I finished this bottle just the same though and went back to lemon.

  • Comment: Great stuff! This gives terrific energy and focus without making me the least bit jittery - however, I drink 4+ cups of coffee/day, and handle caffein very well. I'm currently on 2 scoops/workout and have been at that level for a few weeks now. I started at the recommended 1 scoop and gradually worked up to 2, per the labels reccomendation. I get moderate tingles which indicates the beta alanine is working, but thus far no 'marbles under the skin' sensation that other BA products have given me, and not a lot of gastric bloating/heaviness that I've experienced from other products containing creatine. I highly recomend starting with 1 scoop for a couple weeks in order to assess your individual tolerance to the ingrediants, and then working up slowly if needed.

  • Comment: You will never have a workout like the one you will have with JACK3D. I take mine 20 minutes before i workout, and i feel the tingle in about 10 minutes and i know i'm ready to go. That tingle all through your body tells you that it's working perfectly. I've tried all sorts of pre workout supplements and i end up not finishing them and throwing them out because nothing gives you more endurance like this stuff. I don't know if it gives me extra pumps but i don't worry about that i can get a pump easily every workout.

    If you want the best workout of your life then get this supplement you will not be disappointed. I've tried lemon lime which is great and Bubble gum grape which tastes like grape koolaid.

  • Comment: My friend works out a lot, he recommended this product to me for my workouts. He said that when he took Jack3d he left the gym not because he was tired but because he ran out of things to do. I was a bit skeptical. Then I tried it. I ran on the elliptical for an hour and I was still not tired. I finally had to go because my workout partner had other plans and he was my ride! It's quite amazing how much longer you can go with Jack3d versus nothing. You probably won't notice it much during your lifting workout, but when you do cardio, man does it show. You need to make sure you give it long enough to take effect, its just the way it works (I won't go into details, suffice it to say you need time to build up a surplus of ATP, the body's direct energy molecule). Also, whatever you do, do NOT use Jack3d for more than 3 months at a time. Just don't. Take at least one month off. Other than that, have fun and enjoy your long-ass workout!

  • Comment: Used others before ie: NO Xplode, White Flood, Muscle Assualt, and Black Powder. This is the best yet. Even better, take the Grape flavor Jack3d with Optimum Nutrition's Preload Creatine Grape flavor and mix them 30 min prior, tastes great
